you should have called to the priority line and ask about it. normally hubclub member have lots of priviledges on phone ordering

You can only submit once. Once successfully completed, cannot go in. Not too sure if I can get 2 lines during the appointment.

Does it mean that on 20th is purely for ppl who pre-book the sets? Totally cannot walk in at all?

Also, if say i pick Bugis outlet 8am to 12pm, do i still need to queue? If still need to queue then no point man...i dont like to queue.

service is terrible. using starhub maxinfinity and cannot complete.

i submitted my wife line via IE and mine via firefox 5 mins later. mine cleared and my wife submission cancelled. when want to resubmit, no more gold. crap!!

don't think they can entertain walk-ins. sure riot one. day 2 onwards still possible.
