Tell them that Singtel retention department is not willing to hold me as a subscriber hence I wish to port over to Starhub. Ask to pro-rate the bills and waived off the 2months remaining as you wish to re-contract to Starhub.
If they deny, please make sure u speak to a Singaporean CSO. Not foreigner. Tell them that Singtel isn't willing to give me a better offer and not willing to retent me as a Customer. Hence I would like to port over and waive off all termination charges.
Can pro-rate 13months instead? Singtel send me $300 voucher, but really don't feel like recontracting as every month use more than 2000 minutes, Starhub got unlimited plan at $88.
Voucher was send in June, but the dumb CSO die die say must recontract to use, he can't seem to understand i just wanna use the $300 voucher, keep telling me if so, i had to pay $350 early charges. really is....

Anyone succeed in utilizing the voucher ONLY without signing contract? Just buy phone? Used to be able to buy 2phones last time, one is recontract, one is use voucher buy.
Why now cannot liao? Or the CSO anyhow smoke me?
