Can pro-rate 13months instead? Singtel send me $300 voucher, but really don't feel like recontracting as every month use more than 2000 minutes, Starhub got unlimited plan at $88.

Voucher was send in June, but the dumb CSO die die say must recontract to use, he can't seem to understand i just wanna use the $300 voucher, keep telling me if so, i had to pay $350 early charges. really is.... :s22:

Anyone succeed in utilizing the voucher ONLY without signing contract? Just buy phone? Used to be able to buy 2phones last time, one is recontract, one is use voucher buy.

Why now cannot liao? Or the CSO anyhow smoke me?

Not true. Classic plan or any other plan can get as well. Call 1688 to check which plan u wish to buy.

You can call in to retention department. Don't explain to CSO anything. Call 1688, press #, press 1. Ask to transfer to retention department. Skip all questions.

Ask retention department to change $300 to mobile device voucher. So u can buy the iPhone no contract at Singtel shop. Or if u unhappy. Then u tell retention department to pro-rate and waive all termination charges as u wan to port over. Swee?

I am under multi sim plus CIS plan.

I rmb this type of grp every yr book appointment can't select recontract.

So if tml hav issue wid recontract, can I choose sign new line but go over there n tel them the issue?

Ooh,I see iphonepricesbeig released for those data plans only. So just to clarify, I should select recontract tmr when booking? If die die cannot, then I select new line, will I get in trouble web I collect the phone but I only recontracting?

Haha anyone tried booking with iPhone before?

I'm working whole day tomorrow so must access with my phone. Damn worried that I can't get a slot man.

Have 3 lines under 3 separate owners to re-contract; managed to secure registration of interest for 2 of the owners. In the event, that I only book appointment for 1 of the owners later today, any chance I can actually perform the 3 re-contracts within a single appointment timeslot (assuming I have all the LoA & NRIC photocopies)?

I would assume that you should only be entitled to buy just one set based on one booking appointment but then again, you should call Singtel up and ask. By asking, at least if you are entitled to buy two, it would reflected in their system.

Called ST this evening requesting for voucher and subscription waiver.
Got decline.
Me on MIO Home with annual handset upgrade entitlement.
Got my iP5 last year.
Any bro / sis here same same and could get voucher or waiver, please pm me.
