no. it is not the best stock availability by date.. it is just that singtel is the biggest telco and they dominate with all the iphone fans who have been with them since the 3G era.

It is coordinated in the sense that we as consumer gave feedback to their event management team. It is not they who understand the situation of the event. But the hype of the event is all gone because of being too well coordinated i guess?
But it's good that it was smooth through out. Don't have to wait or Q too long lor... Well coordinated. Never expect it, cause this is my first experience. Hope next year has chance to get new iPhone again. Will not go for those android phones... ;D

Haha, ok la your first experience is a smooth one.

when during 3g to iphone 4s. when we were queuing midnight, that was excitement and it was also smooth except for some.

Easily... it is because u wiling to leave starhub to come to singtel, and singtel value u as their new sector of support.
Like that, maybe tomorrow must call them already... Before they send me the bill...

when during 3g to iphone 4s. when we were queuing midnight, that was excitement and it was also smooth except for some.

I was there at the comcentre 3GS launch...

Exciting because everytime you turn a corner or go past a curtain, you think 'THIS IS IT!', then see another snake of people in front of you... :(

Saw more of Comcentre that night than I ever want to again...

The iPhone cakes were funny though. Don't think they ever did that again...

hi i noe how u feel cos i kenna same thing but jus like wat shawn said.. dun giv up n keep calling n pushing.. i jus called this morning n got it done but trust mi.. made countless calls cos i not a gd talker.. but still can be done :) who noes when will u get a gd cso

this part i dont quite understand is each time you called, isn't the call logged in their system? if so, most CSOs if they saw the remarks left by the previous CSOs handling your waiver request may not wish to override their colleagues or supervisor

Nope.

Sorry to say, there is many department in the Call center and specific call center handles specific "remarks titled"

For example, retention department note can only be seen at the retention department note system.

There is a few department that i know of :) so each is different.

recorded dun mean ppl will go listen ma.. so many calls per day wor. n i dun tink they left note on e system.. if they do.. most case they will tell u they left a note in e system for e next cso to help u (eg. those got subscription waiver, cso left note in system and aft they recontract they need to call 1688 to ask other cso to confirm e recontract and perform e waiver) and not leave a note to say how many times u called n were rejected

legend 就是 legend.. i always tot they r all in e same rm and no matter wat option u choose.. goes to then same rm lol

so sad...i have 3 lines, they gave me 2 months waiver for that line last week. i recontracted total 3 lines so tried to call in yesterday to ask for waiver for the other 2 lines but got rejected because the cso can read the remarks left by the previous cso that i got 2 months off already and its out of goodwill that it was given to me :( so no more waivers for the other 2 lines...so how shawn? any other ideas?

Haha, some user who booked 32gb gold, was asked to change to 64gb.

i was asked if i wanted to change my gold to other colours and offer me 1 month waiver, i said no to his face 4-5 times, the staff beside the guy serving me kept looking at me.
