Sad my pigeons photo all didn't focus well. Except for one with only a few of them.

I wonder if the phone have problem focusing on objects like piegeon... should have used the manual focus -_-


Its so rare to see that many of them at once in Singapore, unlike places like UK.

Bro, I think your problem is the pigeons are moving around too fast. You need a faster shutter speed.

The shot above is 1/50s but will look a lot better at 1/100. Firing the flash will also help.

The other photos at the fountain where they're running around should use 1/200s or even 1/250s. Use flash if need, then post-process to increase gamma.

Can! No problem. It's not too hard actually. I will make sure y'all master your Pro-cam then can shoot other fanbois.

BUT, must wait till we all get our 1020 first.

I suggest Botanical gardens as a good place to meet & shoot.

Maybe I'd even write an article on How to use Pro-cam first for newbies.

In case, anyone wondering, I'm not gonna charge. Just wanna share the knowledge so y'all can enjoy the Lumia 1020 more.

Auto-mode is fine, but many times, you'd realise you need more but you just don't know how to make it work.

Hey, just wondering. Comparing to 925 (for those who are had 925 before), how's the ringer volume of 1020? I find 925 is pretty soft.

a bit toss bet 1020 and 1520 but the big size of 1520 doesn't really suit me so end up taking 1020. but looking at the fb response no nokia sg, looks like there is a market for 1520. hope nokia does well. esp with ppl coming to me telling me this is going to be your LAST nokia phone.

i knw what you mean, around office everybody's talking abt iphone 5s and note 3. they almost fell off their chairs when i gleefully announced i'll be buying my nokia next week.

i was considering still holding on to my n97 since it's still working fine. but then i thought this is the last of the line for "nokia" already. so i'm pretty determined to get the 1020
