I think you can go back to previous backup.

Previous backup won't change the version of the current OS.

my company's MDM solution do not support wp8.1 and w10m...

Get your IT to upgrade the MDM (maybe there is a newer firmware) for Windows 10...

I have a Nokia Lumia 1020 (yellow), with wireless charging cover (yellow), Nokia Wireless charger (white), and black camera grip. It has hardly been used - condition of phone 10/10. Super good condition. No issues with phone and software. Battery is top-notch.

Is anyone else having problem backing up your phone to onedrive? The backup will run all the way to the end and then an error msg saying unable to backup to onedrive will appear.

It's been like that for months. I tried logging into my onedrive app and it is fine. My Microsoft account credentials are fine too.

try:

1. If you're using a custom photo as lock screen, revert to Bing lock screen or a default photo lock screen. Restart phone and try backup again. The backup doesn't seems to be able to handle lock screen photo > than 1 Mb.

2. If above doesn't help, try removing the old backups from OneDrive then backup again. You can delete old backup right in the phone on WP8.1 from Settings > System > backup > app list + settings > advanced.
For W10m, go Settings > Backup > More Options > Remove backups there is a link which says “Go to OneDrive”. Follow that link, sign-in to your account and you will list of devices that*was backed*up to your OneDrive. Delete the problem backup. Restart your phone then try the backup again.
