Hence, you are paying extra $70 to $102 more for apple store set.

For me abit kanchiong, is because i used debit card (linked to bank account) for apple store purchase, and my original plan is to top-up the bank account linked to debit card on 1st October, if they already start deducting from my card 29 or 30 Sept, the deduction will fail.

100% agree... after all the hype, gold iPhone is really just white iPhone 5 with a gold ring on sensor (unless you are in the habit of staring at the back of your phone all day to admire the colour).
