You are lucky they recovered yours first. I just rebooted the router and the ont and it is still red light. I think they only doing partial recovery.

Call their helpdesk to speak to other customer officers, they only interested in taking down your particulars and then transfer you to a line where no one answer again. :(

They r still in the midst to calibrate their systems. My ip address in the morning was weird. I guess what u could do now is to call again and check with them. Maybe they could reset ur line or something?

Your Business line got SLA thing one? Was there any exclusion causes such as "Acts of Gods" etc (Similar to Insurance term / Jargon)....

Internet is up for traffic damn slow. Stream YouTube also stop after 5sec
