What premium dishes have they removed to lower the price to $68++?

Any item you referring to in particular? Foie gras, oysters, scallops, king crab legs, lobsters n swordfish sashimi still have.

Juices have to top up another $5++ now.

They removed the piglet and wagyu and the price dropped by $30. The ones you listed are good enough for me.

Are these chocolate?

Yea, like those royce chocs. The black ones are rum core whereas the white coated ones are red wine core. I prefer the black ones, but the white ones also not bad. Both texture slightly different too. Btw, the choc coating is icing sugar/choc wor, so you get a bit of the cooling sensation. i likie :D

Unfortunately their foc coffee (latte n cappuccino payable) is yucks, so my fav method of eating these liqueur chocs together with a mouth of bitter coffee at the same time dun work too well :(

Oh yea, no more choc diarrhea cake too :(

So far Edge really have quite a few types of chocolate. Can't wait to try them out. Since you were there, is the place crowded?

Yea, actually the top 3 chocs in the above pic also not bad. 1st is hazel nut (overly sweet, but i like the nutty taste), 2nd red one is some strawberry or cranberry which is slightly tard, n 3rd black one is also alcohol core, sherry i tink.

Choc fudge cake also not bad, just tat its not dark choc.

Not crowded. Abt 60% full bah.

Your beef medallion looks more juicy and has a better marbling than the wagyu. Wagyu looks dry. But the beef medallion is a tad overcooked for me.
