Avoid those units by the track. The LRT is not noisy, but the cars is...

Unless ur blk is right nex to the track...say 50m...else noise frm the train is barely audible. ..noise frm traffic...yes n most likely when the mall is ready...I work ard there...took the lrt for the pass 5 yrs...thus I know tat area pretty well...

If noise is your main concern , and want a good facing to avoid afternoon sun. Look at 168/170 stack.

168 also sold out already, and mama says she heard before unit number better don't end with '0' so 160 and 170 out unless no choice...

Choose 1 house nia so troublesome and stressful....

Not really affected as they are 100m away and block by 2 layers of tree.

From the images below, seems like 152 may be affected by the afternoon and evening sun between May to September. Sun will be shining at the service yard area which is good for airing clothes but I suspect that the the master bedroom may be hot at night as the sun will be shining on the MBR wall all afternoon

Lentor ave and Lornie rd also semi expressway. Speed limit 70 kmh, but most people drive at 80kmh.
