In 8 SIR they will give you a form stating any medical condition, I strongly advice you to state that you have a hearing issue.

If not get posted to air base as an RP is really sh*t life, especially at tengah airbase. sign extra everyday.
Not wise to state in open forum to tell ppl to lie

you think whatever you declare they will take it as truth?

Moreover, cannot go airbase can go murai camp what, where the life there is worse than tab.

I was from tab.

i think by week 2 can book in in civillian liao.
enjoy seeing and hearing MRT trains every single day (u will get what i mean when u report in)
if u are lucky in where u get posted to after the course, this could be one of the best vocation in NS (because of the off days)

I agree :s13:

Even when i'm about to ORD, i still go back my old camp and visit my friends :D

Now the sucky part is converting to rifleman for ICT :(

8 SIR ST old birds, for rifleman conversion course it's the last month before ORD?

Does that mean one can't disrupt for uni studies and apply leave during the course?

Also updates on how you guys are doing :s22:

Those senior STs, i need your help.
I'm seeking your experience and knowledge
Any of the camps below is 8-5 for Security Trooper?

1. Amoy Quee Camp
2. Seletar Camp
3. Nee Soon Camp
4. Nee Soon Drilad
5. Khatib Camp

Because i prefer 8-5 then 2days off, anyone knows what is the factor that determines the camp is 8-5?(For ST)

Thanks in advance:):)

SBAB in my opinion. Most xiong ones are TAB, PLAB and CAB..

Hmmm. What's the difference? Both are 2 days work/2 days rest right? Regimentation? Could stand on 1 leg etc?

Assuming I'm staying East Side (walking distance from PLAB), would it be worth it to go SBAB (if i could choose) for the next 1 year 7months++.

nothing to do with the manning. its the area of the base that matters.

stand on one leg? you show me how u stand on one leg? hahas

i don't think you can choose where to go..

Don't get what you mean.
Heard from my friend some bases still can sit down one.

My friend squat down at checkpoint kena sign extra already (plab).

Stand on one leg as rest the weight on one leg.

Assuming i can choose la :3
Would Sembawang be a better choice to "relax" despite the distance.
