Why we shouldn't be infracted:

1. Comments posted were not insulting or derogatory by EDMW's standard.

2. No warning was given.

3. Scammer got the guts to scam, lie and expose the victim. He is clearly inviting trouble for himself and deserve to be punished.

As of 13:30, 6 people are known to be infracted with 5 GPGT

I dont see an issue with it as you are escalating the issue to the Mod's boss or Mod's boss's boss who may take a different view to the issue.
