Yeah I know the rules. But there r many other 200mbps users managed to get 7002. But I'm not one of them..
Yea, I'm on 200 and they gave the 7002... (September)

Well, if everything works fine... I don't see why should change leh. Besides, last time the 2wire era also same...
Simple... Use 2wire or 7000, u get only 50-60mbps max for wifi connection. It's a huge difference.. Lol
Now all singtel fibre plans regardless of speed is given the new dual band modem.
As i called in to enquire if this is true, they say this is true for new/recontracting customers who signs up during this CEE 2013 period.
Those old customers with miotv using 200mbps fibre entertainment bundle will not be entitled to change to the dual band. [indirectly, they make us LLST]
I feel so disgusted for being treated like a prisoner.
Yes, I could pay for asus routers but why should I even make things easier for singtel right?![]()
finally got the Aztech 7002 and got better speed on the 5Ghz
I thought you already had? How did you ask btw?
The wifi bandwidth of this router is amazing with a for sure speed of above 50mbps, If Singtel offers you this router do not miss the chance..... Should be free for 200mbps-500mbps depends though
What are you talking about? 7000 is given for plans 200mbps and below.
Isn't this meant for ADSL, can also be use for fibre? Thought they (Aztech) are going for which is a variant of GR7000.
Amazing? How about this one:The wifi bandwidth of this router is amazing with a for sure speed of above 50mbps, If Singtel offers you this router do not miss the chance..... Should be free for 200mbps-500mbps depends though
Bottom line is - factors other than router count....
I am on 100Mpbs. With the issued PACE, my wireless give me this for my Acer laptop in the bedroom @10.40 am:![]()
This is a snap shot. Actual speed fluctuates all the time...
Today I called the CS and TS again. Both denied to give the 7002. Said only for CEE signup only (200 Mbps). What are you talking about? 7000 is given for plans 200mbps and below.
I have this router and with mio tv.
my mio tv will end next jan 14 and im gonna to terminate this service so no more stinktel
i have hubstation hd and i understand got 1 mbps free . cos my hubstation hd is on 24/7 for recording purpose and my fibre with off is when i gonna leave home so i think this 1 mbps is good but slow i know for downloading straits times or last min download of podcast.
so can i check is router possible to use it since it will stuck in my store room after i terminate this service so thinking why not use this?
is there any stock firmware from aztech or this model is exclusive to stinktel?i don't think you can use it since the firmware itself is customised with settings just for singtel only.
however, you can try changing the settings to the starhub one by access the diagnostic console of 7000 router. Not sure about the usability though..
