Still cannot....I have been wasting few hours time on restoring.
Each time I restarted the phone, tried downloading something on play store but the loading gets stuck. Don't know what went wrong.

Is it possible to downgrade back to 4.2.2?
If not, either I have to get a new set or wait for 4.4

And the phone went crazy by vibrating itself out of sudden despite it did not restart.


Very bad encounter.
My sleep also has been compromised.

I think taking pics does not help as it looks normal.
Once I disabled email, restarted the phone, logged on play store and the downloading is stuck.
Cannot be just disabled one app resulted the phone in this state.

Is it because mine is 3G C6802 model?
If you can help me restore to 4.2.2 ,I would pay for your troubleshoot service

Updated to 4.3 is well.

1. The touch sensitivity is well. Playing dead trigger 2 had no issue. Previous firmware when move around had slow respinse.

1. for the cache that needs to be clear (to allow the games to show its graphic)
2. New apps that serve questionable purpose (as not a photo guy...not using it)
3. Batt life. When using (playing games n online svc), looks to be dropping. However, whole night (7hrs), it did not drop or only 1%

just that i had spent few hours just purely on updating and restoring, when i was supposed to sleep. so i thought it could be an easier way out to repay my kindness for your effort in trying to think of ways to help.

i thought i could have used this export 3G model for quite long as i love it very much. but sigh, to sell it for a local set means i have to fork out 400+.

nvr used swiftkey, so cannot help there.

but got the small qwerty keypad mode mah ... can type with one hand.

am i the only one who finds that charging takes very long per %? like 2 or 3 mins.

can't help u there. coz usually leave it to charge overnight when i charge ... and never take real notice. right now charging via PC's USB, another 22% to Max Level with 34mins of charging to go. hope this helps?

1) the download on playstore is stuck.
2) the phone hangs

today got use the XZU as working tablet from 9am till 8pm ... used around 60%. does it help?

normally i can last thru the day from 9am - 8.30pm with around 25% battery left. mainly using phone calls, sms, whatsapp, google hangouts at work with wifi connected.

but today use till around 5.30pm i got a low battery warning with 15% left.

shall try tomorrow again..
