Ask your beehoon stall for free chili...

If you cook the beehoon yourself, then don't need any chili... use the canned stewed pork (whatever the product is called), throw in some fried shallots, luncheon meat and egg and you have one of the most delicious foods on earth. :s8:

sorwee..no hab eat canned stewed porku nor luncheon meat...fake meat .. n the other wan ish a thick layer of fats

I read chia seeds gel hydrate the body
Hey that's a good idea!

Try try and let us know how it goes (maybe can add honey, oat and green tea powder too)? :s13:

I tried birds nest mask from watson...last time one pkt 6 mask free another pkt...I neber grab...then no more le..I bought it at normal price one pkt...only used it like 1-2 yrs after I bought. .jin regret..is verrrrrrryyyyy good!

snail extract no feeling on me...heng I got it as sample from another brand

Same as my Mum! She also likes the same bird's nest. You must visit Watsons more often - they have promos on and off and the masks tend to be included.

She also didn't find the snail any special. I also bought many patterns for her... including the common ones, and more exotic ones like snake venom and rock!

Actually, what is your personal recommendation? The best value-for-money but decently good multivits (assuming ofc multivits are any good :p).

ps - just to get the gender angle correct (because multivits are sometimes targeted toward the gender), I am assuming you are a guy? Also, that you are below 50 yrs old? (Not to pry but some multivits are by age group so it would be useful to have a clearer idea of where you are coming from :s8:)
Now Foods, ADAM, Superior Men's Multi, 180 Softgels - iHerb.com

this is the best so far from the ingredients i see, none or little undesirable ingredients is used.

harmful ingredients to avoid from one of the forumer excel list, added titantium oxide, maltodextrin, any dextrin/malto ingredients, and magnesium stearate to avoid.

For the retyping, I was referring to how AMA had to retype all the ingredients of the supplements. :p

The original author posted just above you though I guess he would prefer to upload to his own account if he plans to explore this route. I think... you just keep your copy for your own reference lah. The updates, if any, won't be so frequent one. :p :o
he ignored me :(((

Easy to read and informative article with additional links included;
Harvard School of Public Health » The Nutrition Source » Vitamins
A recent article says don't waste money on multivitamins: Experts Decisive Against Multivitamins: 'Stop Wasting Money' - James Hamblin - The Atlantic

But this article have no references to any research paper.

i don't know what to eat now. Just-eat-real-food but Singapore food are mostly imported. organic quality meat are expensive. probably only local grown organic vegetables are the healthiest.

Probably only people who are fasting needs multivitamin.

I heard about some research papers about multi-vitamins published in medical journals like the Annals of Internal Medicine but I don't think they are free, you have to pay for subscription to access the research papers.

EDIT: the article you quoted mentioned the research paper in the Annals of Internal Medicine titled "Enough Is Enough: Stop Wasting Money on Vitamin and Mineral Supplements". why do you say no reference to research papers :s11:

My take-away from the article I posted is to choose a well-priced multi-vitamin that does not contain any dangerous ingredients to serve as a cheap "insurance" and supplement only what your diet can not provide.

Science also says running is actually beneficial for the knees, but anecdotal experience seems to say otherwise.
The Explainer: Can Running Actually Be Good for Your Knees? | Fitness - Health and Fitness Advice | OutsideOnline.com

In summary, read as much as possible, digest and make an informed decision that YOU are comfortable with and not blindly follow what the MSM feeds us.
