Help, ZXU won't boot.

Was ok this morning at 31% battery life. Got to work and screen was black. Can't boot.

Plugged into charger for 15 mins and tried to boot regularly. No luck.

Pressed power + volume up to reset with charger plugged in. The phone buzzed but still won't boot. It feels warm to the touch.

Sian. I know there's a hard reset button but want to avoid that until I have no choice (didn't back up recently)

Any suggestions?

Update: tried to use red reset button and still no luck. Also pressed and hold power + volume up so many time still no boot.

Try using pcc to boot it up..

Update. No dice.

Went to service centre and guy said need to hard reset by technician. Tried to reboot by red button, volume up + power etc.

He claims he's seeing lots of issues since 4.3 update (cannot boot, camera issues etc).

Have to leave for service and wait 5 working days.

Confidence in Sony dented yet again. Had issues in the past with Sony laptops and cameras. Now their phones! lol

I sent in for repairing on 6th and they told me it takes 5 working days and can collect it on 15th. till now, it's still with them.

I suspect is Android 4.3 issue, i last time run 4.3 on my LG Optimus G, Cytus lag like mad...

After that i flashed kitkat on my LGOG the game smooth like butter.

Looks like we need to wait for 4.4 liao, since 4.4 claims to improve touchscreen responsiveness D:

Does the HWZ page takes forever to load sometimes?

I'm using M1 data by the way, wifi no problem.

my ultra got phantom screen issue, and sometimes screen wont wake from sleep. update software reset all the same.. shld rma anot arh?

For the past 2 days been using the default flip case bundled inside the phone without any issues that exist on my Viva Flip Case so I can confirmed that the Viva Flip case is the culprit to sensitivity issues on the touchscreen.
