Hi,
I am interested in getting either M1 or FEVO.I read and found that it's $25 with $20 credit for M1 and $28 for FEVO without any credit inside.
So it makes sense to get M1 or does the FEVO have other benefits that is not listed?

Hi,

Trying to understand what the craze about this card is about. Is it to top it up online with OCBC Frank card (>=$500) to get 6% rebates, and then use it for your everyday spending (topped up amount may last >1 month), so that your everyday spending is effectively enjoying 6% rebates?

Wish to clarify, can Fevo card be used for recurring payments? e.g. singtel bill. What about installments?

Fevo card may be used for recurring payments and installments - unless Merchants reject it.

But do remember, this card is not a bank-issued credit card, nor easy to use:

1) any merchant you interacted with can just deduct any good amount and instantly, and its hard for you to refute the payment.
2) forgot to top-up, you run risk of getting your critical payments cancelled, since there are no cash advance facility. If there are, even worse....
3) you may not be able to top up the card if EZ-link stops providing the facility.
4) or you may only be allowed to top up the card by NETs/GIRO, or EZ-link may adjust the fees laters (e.g. mandatory top up charges?)
5) some merchants outright reject the CC, especially overseas.
6) cross border charges / cross-currency charges are transparent (I think it is stated) but happens too often (especially at Airports/Internet websites) as compared to other bank cards I've used.
7) you will not build credit history with a bank.

Thanks for the reply regarding recurring payments. OCBC Frank + FEVO is still a good combo for everyday ad-hoc payments. :)

Hi I got the priceless singapore fevo card. how do i register and top up? When I click on "Register Your Card/Account", Name fields are greyed out, Nationality only got -NA-, etc. Is this normal?

Edit: I went ahead to register (with greyed out fields of -NA- -NA for name), and indeed my name is now -NA- -NA-. Can't change.

The account type is EMV RLDB Bulk. Anyone else with the priceless singapore card facing the same issue? Does this mean the priceless singapore card cannot be used for online transactions? Or it can be used with name -NA- -NA- ?

Used to be able to complete registration correctly via the website but somehow cannot do so now.

Solution is to use the mobile app to register. You can activate and register the card using the app alone.

For those who have already gone through with the registration and are now known as Mr/Ms -NA- -NA- (hahaha :o) you can call up the Fevo hotline (seems to be the same as the ezlink one) and they can manually change your name for you after you verify some information for them.

Hope that helps!

Thanks I tried the mobile app to register another card. The name entered in mobile app is one field "Name". After registering and logging in online in browser, it turns out the "Name" I entered is put into "Given Name" and "Family Name", which is obviously reversed. Is this a concern for online payments?

Looks like I have to call them tmr regarding my 2 cards!

Edit: Another thing, the Security Question and Answer are greyed out as well. How?

Anyways you still need a "proper" bank card for long term spending plans. Gimmicks are only short-term. If OCBC wants to play punk with Frank Credit, need to get BOC Shop or UOB One ready haha.

I can't imagine that this issue has been since the beginning they rolled out Fevo cards and hasn't been addressed until today. It is a major flaw and bug.

Anyone tried MasterCard paypass? I tried my fevo card at Giant and it didn't work. In the end used normal emv transaction. Don't know if it is card or their system problem.

Experienced same issue.

Paypass did not work for certain systems despite they stickled the paypass, so its pretty unreliable.

Paywave however works everywhere.
