Hmm might need to reset. It's a very rare bug.

Alternative you can email NOC to try another firmware (just tell them andr3wyong sent you and they should know which version to try)

Internet have been slow for me until the point of some webpage not loading and i have to keep refreshing in order to load it ( google / facebook / gmail )

using the speed test on viewqwest , i was able to download at 200mbps but upon trying to upload it will not be successful showing Upload Test Error Download test returned an error while trying to read the upload file

Have tried rebooting my router but result stills remind the same

Anyone facing this problem as well ?

Download 311 and upload 67. Must say the upload is a bit slower than normal. Usually will exceed 100. Am on 300Mbps plan, not received the free upgrade to 500 yet.

Do let NOC know. They should be able to help you re-provision the speed.

By the way do you notice any ALARM light when the slow speed occurs?

Sent a email to NOC and was able to get a reply in less 10 mins , NOC helped to resolve the problem by upgrading my zhone firmware and updating my DNS

was able to hit 200mbps download / 40+ mbps upload

Thumbs up for NOC service on a public holiday.

Yes but you can inform NOC to help you add them back after the upgrade (let them know before they start).
