Yes ! Same problem here.
3G very very unstable. Most of the time is No Service.
And the Microsoft Office key is on the licence paper inside the box. It is the same key as Windows 8
Thanks for your advice. I have gotten your a refund too. Think Lenovo should do a better job. In fact, I have got the cover for the miix2 and the cover can't even fit properly. I got the refund for the cover yesterday, and the refund for the miix today. But I have to say the challenger customer service was quite good!Ask for refund then.
I felt rather silly when I was told I was the only person who refunded.
I guessed it was because many did not think about refunding...

Answer: Cannot, only within 7 days. After 7 days it's Lenovo problem.
Sibeh sianz. Like this gotta go get refund liaoz. The selling point of this Miix 2 is the 3G, and it's not working.

If it is a lemon set, the seller should be the one bringing it back for repair within 6 months.
