trying to order the visitor sim, but it's asking local phone number which I don't have.
Strange, this visitor sim is meant for overseas visitors, and it's not allowed by law for foreigners to buy local sim card, so how can one have a domestic phone number? Can I give my hotel phone number?

It does. With full LTE support if you buy the LTE version from BIC Camera/Yodobashi

Just came back from Japan not long ago and would like to share my experience with bmobile.
We ordered bmobile online and gave them our hotel address for the delivery. Our bmobile was passed to us when we check-in. It was good! fuss free.
Setting it up on the phone was also a breeze.
We used it on our samsung tab and did tethering to both of our mobile phones.
One advice to those who set their phones to backup/upload camera photos when connected to wifi. Remember to turn them off. It happened to us that one day, we found out that our data usage was high eventhough most of the time we only used our googlemap, hyperdia, facebooking and instangram.
The culprit was the photos autobackup to, i.e. google+/dropbox. It will be an issue if you are using wifi to connect to your tethered bmobile device.
Since then, usage is approximate 50mb or slighly more per day.
14days on a 1GB unlimited speed plan is more than enough.

What are the chances you can borrow a staff's mobile phone to dial the activation number for u300 ah? :p

Trying to be cheap lol. I did it once when visitor sim was not available, but they not quite willing to lend haha.

well the issue here is not the cost of the call, but the fact that their mobile account will be associated with the prepaid card. It is like lending your IC to someone you don't know...

Hi all,

Just a quick question. Can the bmobile sim card (the visitor 1gb one) support e Samsung Note 2 that I bought in Singapore? The website shows that it only shows it supports the Samsung note 2 that is by NTT Docomo, and not the one I'm using now.

To know for sure, look at the frequency and various bands. I think should support ba.

I used my Note 2 LTE with b-mobile 1GB, worked fine.
