Are you on wifi?
At least yours is moving. Mine is DEAD now. Only Monday can dispatch engineer to check... I've lost my internet for the whole weekend...
Most of the time is either ONT or router issue?
My ASUS Router OK.
ONT flashes RED on LOS... now usng Internet using USB Dongle.
Trying to get in touch with M1 MANAGER to ask them not to charge me for using and exploding the DATA PLAN.
Since, internet downtime is not my fault.

I received this speed but is my ping time ok?
Call 1627 to request for change of ONT and router will resolve the issue.
ONT Faulty just call 1627.
Call liao... Tell them I self bring ONT & fibre cable down for exchange, say cannot. So Monday they will send an engineer over... waste of my time...
Now, the whole house is in a havoc cos of the downtime that I cannot do my work effectively with children constantly bugging me about the internet...
they want me to try on other pc 1st.
direct ethernet cable without router.
ONT is huawei black
network card 1gbps.
Must be ONT or router problem. You should insist that they send a support staff down. A poly person can always fix into this tech support job. Poly person pay is not so high so can always get many of them.
tried other pc. still slow speed.
use other network card still same.
can get many but do many want to do?
Sure is ONT or router faulty or both. Honestly M1 support is a bit weak. ST outsource weekend support to 3rd party who work on sunday. This is just a simple job. Just check and record in notebook. Then change the ONT or router. Simple task. Some ST support just do one speed test on speed test.net and start to change the equipment. Changed router many times.

If you are desperate, here is the service manual: http://enterprise.huawei.com/ilink/...IQFjAB&usg=AFQjCNEKIYhfPH1P7p5eR86r-0TaQezrxA
And try holding down the reset button (more than 10 sec), see if it helps:
