Rafa,

Record is actually quite good, he got Liverpool to 2 Champions league finals and won in 2005.

Going to Chelsea to manage them however never made any sense thou.

Yeah I've read reports that Mata might be sidelined. Reports may not be true but I hope players are chosen based on attitude and ability. Don't have to build an English core because English players are in general rubbish nowadays

Do you think Moyes picked his lineups based on players that 'backed' him? Thinking all the way back to October where he was consistently leaving out Kagawa, Hernandez, Nani in favour of Young, Valencia, Cleverley, I now feel perhaps it wasn't because they were defensive wingers, or he didn't rate Kagawa, I think it was to do with maybe these players supported him.

If that's the case then his downfall in my opinion was due to this (blaming Moyes here not the players). If he's not picking the best players then how can you win football matches? I feel the Kagawas and Hernandez's featured more later on in the season because Moyes was desperate, but unfortunately they were not playing for him by this time.

and why not?

Lineker has tweeted/said that he got it almost 1st hand that some of the players did not even want to give him a chance the moment he walked into the gates at Carrington.

makes me feel that someone has turned all those who were willing to listen to him that this man is useless...

so if Clevery is playing again? the man is useless
