Do this for singtel(30 seconds):

**61*1389*11*30#

Anything longer you have to contact singtel. This was what I did 2 years ago when I had my s3

Cool . this is new to me. Now I know :) Thanks.

Also I just did a call to my own mobile, it rings for around 1min before it stops.

sry i'm new to all these "flashing" thing.. after we flash this firmware, for the next update, do we update as usual from pcc or we have to flash manually?

For the next update, you can update via PC Companion or flash manually again. It's up to you.

This firmware is provided for those who have not received the latest update via PC Companion and don't want to wait.

Hi, guys, may I ask is it the smartband must be collected by the one who sign the contract? Or third party only hold that redemption letter is fine?

hmm why the hurry to upgrade to .69? I upgraded and find that the only changes seems to be better double tap, and some layout changes in the Sony Apps. Other than that, can't see the major change.

Just to be sure before I proceed... has anyone successfully unlocked the bootloader and updated to the .69 firmware posted by anirudhks?

Such stock firmware files can be flashed on both unlocked and locked bootloaders.

Personally, I won't advise to unlock the bootloader unless you really need root. For one, you can't backup your TA partition now (since the tool to backup TA partition requires root on a locked bootloader and you'll lose the TA partition as soon as you unlock the bootloader).

What's your intention of unlocking the bootloader?

Never unlock the bootloader, as an ex Z1 user, only unlock if you know what to do such as using different kernels or testing out new package, yes I've helped out in that using the Z1 ;)
