with CAT B coe so expensive, who wants to takeover this car and renew COE? no logic right

That's why no need to service ur car like a religion. Making sure it's working, then ok. You still have to scrap it no matter how good it is. Haha.

depends loh, lets say PQP @ 65k, + 18k, means 83k

yearly dep is @ 8.3k/yr

when i bought it in 2004, when COE was quite reasonable @ around 30k, the dep already need 9k/yr

but most likely exporting the car

yup, the PARF is forfeited when you renew

another possible way is to extend with 5yrs COE. if next round of Cat B is 60k, then the PQP for 5 yrs shall b abt 38k.
