teh/kopi : using Condensed milk, its sweetened by condensed. so ga dai is add sugar effectively. because auntie won't add additional sugar.
teh/kopi c :using Evaporated milk, its sweetened by sugar. so ga dai is add sugar genuinely.

so for both teh/kopi, tehC/kopiC,
* to ask additional sugar just ask 'ga dai'.
* to ask additional milk without additional sugar, just ask 'ga c'.
