Ah you have to send in your username or e-mail along with name/nric on application to forum@viewqwest.com usually to get access to the customer only section.

No worries though - have tagged your account and you should now be able to both view and post in the customer only section.

The phone should be plugged into POTS1 socket behind the Zhone modem

As for the OneVoice number, it should be written in the installation documents, or you can email noc@viewqwest.com with your name and postal code and they can look it up for you

not blaming anyone. just stating that it's a problem when I'm using my Viewqwest account to access those sites.

Whether it's viewqwest or qala problem, I don't know.

Don't think it is DNS issue, else the rest of us will face the same prob by now. Probably some routing or connectivity issue (can be either ends).

One experience to share: Many years back, I had problem with access to HWZ Deluxe servers (non-deluxe no issue) from office's broadband connection and after much pain working with various parties and finally got the attention of HWZ through Mods, it was pinpointed to HWZ infra (HWZ staff reverts it's due to their IPS). It took 2 months or longer cause HWZ just ignored and when finally responded, they didn't acknowledge it's their end causing the problem until I spent much effort to gather evidence to prove to them.

My point is, don't be so fast to blame ISP. Sometimes, fault may lies at the content provider's end.

My tracert and ping results are the same as yours, but i'm able to access sgcarmart.

Looks like sgcarmart's security settings are blocking ping replies etc, which is common practice.

Taking a wild guess here. Are you able to access if you go via Singapore No.1 Car Site for New Car & Used Cars - sgCarMart ?

Nope, it's not an issue with resolving the IP.
Same results whether using hostname or IP address.

I plugged in an analogue phone with rj-11 but there's no dial tone. When I call the number it is busy, but when I pull it, it rings. problem?

The freedom vpn link to tvb has been flapping, and went down for 10 mins a few moments ago.

No other locations affected during this period.

My family watches TVB almost daily, and when it goes down, i don't have a good time after a day at the office. =____=

That's strange, it's been very smooth for me all along, just watched the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season finale last night.

Is it like that on all your devices?
