Actually is the current opennet able to support 10gbps or there be a upgrade in few yrs to support future higher plan?

With the goverment plan to block torrenting sites, let see how this goes
OpenNet provides dark fibre, so no issue running 10Gbps (XGPON) or even higher for direct fibre links (non GPON)

If you (or your company) needs 10Gbps and has the budget for it, speak to @viewqwest :p

--- 132.147.116.241 ping statistics ---
10 packets transmitted, 10 packets received, 0.0% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 162.135/163.078/166.149/1.498 ms

Though I guess 10-20ms difference isn't much :p

I haven't been paying attention to the latency at all, to be honest.
Only really looked at the upload speed, which is pretty much the only thing I really care about.

Hi I tried using the BBC iplayer app in VQTV but it asked to update the app.
In Play store it says "This item isn't available in your country". Anyone can help? I thought with VQ VPN this shouldn't be a problem?

Google Play store isn't supported under Freedom VPN IIRC.

Maybe its due to the Location/Country of the Play Store account? maybe try a fresh new account under another country that has the app available?

Hard to tell until we submit the application to OpenNet to see what the situation is - usually though if the delay is from ON side, there will still be a delay (though our team by now is quite used to pushing them for resolution).

If you'd like, send me a PM with your address (postal code, unit number and blk number) and will see what the address is marked as :)

Have sent you a PM, thank you

For Google Play, location is determined by your account, i.e. if you signed up here it defaults to Singapore (even though you can create multiple accounts for different regions).

For easier updates in future regardless of region, I would suggest installing Aptoide (open Aptoide Installer on your VQTV browser) and add the store "VQTV".

From then on all the VPN supported apps will be auto updated :)

Since tonight internet down for ayer rajah later , prepared a lte 4g usb dongle to endured through the night. die die weekend night must play d3 :(

Hi everyone,

Just so there's no confusion about the maintenance this weekend, wanted to clarify that there were 2 e-mails sent out.

An e-mail was sent out to all customers that are not on the ayer rajah exchange to inform them that OneVoice and our technical support hotline will be down during the maintenance window.

A seperate e-mail was also sent out to all customers that are on the ayer rajah exchange to inform them that in addition to OneVoice and the Hotline, their fibernet connection will also be down. We do not expect the connection to be down for the full 8 hours but this is the maintenance window given to us by the supplier. We will of course be pushing to minimize disruption as much as possible as we understand how frustrating this can be.

Hope that helps a little - again we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Well, I am the operator of mirror.0x.sg :p it is limited to around 500Mbps due to the router I am currently using.

So if I require help with setting my zhone to bridge mode (just got an Asus router), can I email in to NOC immediately or do I need to wait till after maintanence?
