You can prepay your insurance. Unless you are with those companies like AIA and NTUC that do not accept credit card payments (boo to them......boycott them!)

Check if you can still access Prudential payments on AXS (Citibank Finance -> Bill Pay). If not, phone up to enquire if you can make pre-payment before going down.

Haven't received anything yet, maybe it's targeted for some people. I suggest read info that came with the SMS, usually they will link to a website with the T&Cs.

Mine is min spend of $4,500 with 45,000 max bonus miles. Two qualifying periods: 1-30 Jun and 1-31 Jul.
