How do u know is the highest 3000? It mentions first 3000. Possible to be first 3000 who charge the required amount first?

Please go read the terms and conditions.. if u can read here i am sure u can read from scb website.

14. Each Cardholder's Gift eligibility will be determined based on the Registered Card with the highest spend.

Well. I interpret it as they will use the highest spend card for each cardholder if he uses many cards. Never say that it is to determine the top 3000.

That is wat I read it as... First 3000 to spend (highest spend amount on the registered card, think if the card holders got many sc cards, they will based on the registered card spent amount ..at least better than 600 units of gifts..Actually standard chartered always been pretty generous with their gifts... But Mini photo printers this time round seem abit useless though, still need to go out buy the films.. Tink give DVD players cheaper n more useful...

Anyway I think the banks employ highly educated people who can construct sentences until confuse the readers n make their promotions so difficult to understand ... Can anyone simply tell me about the dbs spend and redeem mechanics.. The weekend spent amount can I only spend on Friday n sat (as in 2 consecutively days) then redeem on sat of that same week? I can't use receipt from 1st week n redeem on 3rd week of promotion right?

Think CIMB promotion mechanics much simple to understand just that one hv to be prepared to get the worst sure win gifts 1.7k for a $20 voucher or sea aquarium ticket. Their $680 free movie tickets more worth ... But if sway will get taxi vouchers instead.

I already read and i can tell you your comprehension fails. This clause meant each card holder will only get 1 gift base on their highest spending card, period.

your interpretation is wrong. this is for those who have a few SCB card and they spend on these card. SCB will than used the card that has the highest spending.
