5rm - 1st unit taken up goes to Admiralty

Yep, seems to be the case as i check the ballot site on a daily basis to monitor my choice unit... only today then i start seeing red units pop up...

Wait till there's some celebration, then they play music and can feel like a disco, quite interesting. But not too bad lah, schools know enough not to go overboard with the noise.
Advantage is can send your kids to those schools, super convenient for the first 10+ yrs of primary and secondary

Spectral is only for normal tech students. Mainly delinquents no disrespect to the school and pupils there.

Log in your singpass at hdb then click new flat.. u will see ur queue nnr and scroll down to see the last queue nbr for the day

Flora actually has higher transaction price in its vicinity than Marsiling greenview and don't have the rumbling sound from the mrt track as it's further.

I think Admiralty Flora more worth it.

If you login to HDB today, you will notice that the link to NEW Flat is showing Error 403: AuthorizationFailed. Could they be updating the status now?

Dont think so..Probably doing their back end maintenance..

Since i have the same issue logging in just now after clicking on New Flat..My launch was last year May..
