call them up and ask. i called on sat morning when i saw my packages are in midnight time. delivered to me few hours later at 3pm

I just did. The CSO said will be delivered by next week (LOLWTH).

how come so long? normally when my items are here delivery is same day.
that day was sat so i don't know if they will wait till monday to send. i just called and gave a try to ask them to send on sat.

UPS is like worse than Singpost. They say last time Amazon sent package by single order. Now they combine orders to save cost. And it'll take a week for custom clearance(?!), so if packages arrive this week, it will only be delivered Tuesday onward next week.

Guys.. In my invoice got import fees deposit? It's above $400SGD but shipment is break up into 3 shipment as some item is pre-order item. I still get charged for import fees deposit? Or they will refund me?
