i have not received mine as of today. unlike frank card which the cash rebate was given on the last day of July for july statement. At least I can use the cash rebate to offset the bill that I have to pay.

HDB website is not one of them, so it depends entirely on how HDB codes their transactions with us when you pay for season parking.
