Laptop gpu and hard disk spoil. repair or sell/trade in?

After 4 years of using Asus N61Jq, my gpu and hard disk spoil and i cant play anymore games. no more warranty and the condition of the laptop is quite bad.

where can I repair or sell/trade in?

PS: sorry i'm new here. please advise. TIA :s12:
