My main gripe about this IPO is the asking price is on the steep side, NAV is 78c, they're selling at 88c, 1.13X P/B! Most of the blue chip office reits in Singapore are trading below P/B. Not much meat left, mostly bones....

Excellent! My timing is impeccable as usual.

After the last blockbuster - Massacre at Japanese Golf Course, let look forward to the next blockbuster - Horror at Germanic Tower. :D

Enjoy the show everyone!

Wah, daring pricing given the current climate in Russia that would surely affect Europe a few months down the road.

The Jap golf course doesnt seem interesting and interest in the IPO seems lackluster given the forums you see plus no strong sponsor. I still like Mapletree line of IPOs, mostly all are stronger with exception of MGCCT.

I will give this a miss given high pricing =:p

too expensive.. will skip this
I can't help but agree with you that the IPO price is on the rich side, but like bees attracted to honey, the generous yield of 8% was too tempting for me to resist, so I tikam a few lots :s22:

Yield will be even higher if price drops on debut, which I think is quite likely. Will pick up some if that happens :D

That is quite possible, but it is my take that it will unlikely drop very much in view of it's high yield, many people will be waiting to scoop it up thereby supporting the price and this one have stabilzing mechanism, unlike Accordia Golf Trust which was a sitting duck :s12:
