I think regulations are set by uol. Sim doesn't have the right to alter any regulations other than local classes held by them. Just like the 40 passing mark for new regulations

Yap I am sure. Last year it was initially 12 Aug..then postponed few days to Friday 15th my bday.of course I remember checking 1+ SG time lol. They send email quite late at 7+ asking us to check..but the website was up by 1

u confirm rmb wrongly.it was release at 7+ lasy yr like most of the ppl had stated here
