Real or not? :s13: :D Isn't you are on 1Gbps already? :s13: Still speedboost? show me your 10GbE setup first :p

Although, we PCWing and OT at times but we don't sell smoke lor .... Smoke grenades are banned :D

Sometimes this misses out the last 2 splices:
1) From FDP outside to your home TP
2) Splice within your home TP

Usually these will be rectified by cleaning and/or re-splicing. I’ll make a note in the case to follow up with you immediately once the rectification work is done.

I will give you my direct line as well, you can contact me once ON staff leave your place and I will get someone to check and bring the connection up immediately if possible.

I think it is only fair that I provide an update on my issue. It has since been resolved and my internet connection is up and running. Many thanks owed to Andrew, his team and the ON team. I must add that the responsiveness from VQ was the saving grace throughout the whole period and I dare not imagine how it would have been with another provider. Having said that, it is still not apparent what the issue was but I suppose I will leave that to be sorted out between VQ and ON. Now to muck about with the various features. I will be back (with more questions and hopefully, compliments).
