Need advice from PC Dreams.

HP Probook 4421s, problem on startup, cap locks blinking and wireless button is orange light. Fan keep on turning but nothing on screen.

If base on blinking codes, HP website indicates a BIOS corruption and recommend a BIOS upgrade but if it cant bootup how to upgrade. Might not be this problem is just a guess.

What could be the problem, what is the cost for repair like service charges. Need to know the cost before decide if want to repair.

I see. May I know how did it happen? Sounds like a motherboard issue. Could be corrupted BIOS or IC failures on the motherboard.

It just happen suddenly. So do you think it can be solve or highly chance board is faulty. If board is faulty dont think can do much.

Likely motherboard issue. Be it BIOS or motherboard issue, you still have to go through us to get it repaired. Repair cost will be up to $180.

Lenovo U410 Keyboard spare part

Hi, does your shop carry keyboard spare part for Lenovo Ideapad U410 notebook? The Lenovo part number for that English keyboard is 25203609. I can install myself, I just need to buy that keyboard. Used condition or 2nd-hand is OK with me but must be fully functional. Can call me at eight three three nine three three two two instead? KK

Likely motherboard issue. Be it BIOS or motherboard issue, you still have to go through us to get it repaired. Repair cost will be up to $180.

After repaired, any warranty given.

Hi, not really.
No point too. Surface RT was selling at around $299 the last round. Too cheap to worth repairing.

This is usually due to corrupted drivers. The cause could be software due to virus, or hardware, due to faulty graphics card.

have you try reformatting your laptop first to eliminate the software issue possibility?

Laptop was reinstalled previously and issue exist.
Have download latest installation from AMD but issue persist.

I suspect it is a driver issue, but not able to resolve.
Assuming this is a faulty graphic chip issue, do you have any resolution?

Will need to do repairs. Either repair the motherboard or change the graphics card.

Currently, do you still see the LED status lights coming up or is it totally gone as well?
