Following the same trend year on year, the price tags on the plans are.. Shocking.. staying on the same price bracket, it looks like you actually get significantly less data, less talk time, more sms. In a time when data is the one important factor for always (internet) connected smartphones and usage of IM increases, while usage of SMS decreases.

That's why i don't believe into their bullish*t saying that we actually use lesser data.

The fact that Singtel never produce the statistics to the public and just merely say that we are using lesser data therefore we don't need the 12GB data is nonsense and very tyranny.

Every year they will take the opportunity to re-do the contract plans just for the iPhone launch and because we love the phone so much, and that there isn't any telco bold enough to stand out from the crowd with better pricing, we end up having to pay more and get less.

This is why I will never recontract with Singtel anymore and keep my 12GB plan.

Reload many times also doesn't work. Looks like they already optimized their website for iPhone 6 Plus. :s13:

dont need to say... look at SH and M1.. their $60+ plan provides subscribers with an additional 1GB of data.. Singtel as market leader should reflect a bit..

There will not any miracle, there won't be a change. They don't need customer as they are earning more revenue through investment and renting frequency.

Please take a look at Singtel 2013/2014 annual investor meeting and you will notice mobile is very little.

To those of you with vision, who went to great length to stay on 12GB plans, you do great. Very good move, indeed. I seriously must consider doing the same, and doing away with recontract (thus keeping my now miserable 4GB).

$1000 is a lot of money for a phone, though.
