I had some slight cracking sound but I played at maximum volume then I got it

Mine is only halfway to max. When people call me, also got this cracking sound.

My volume is halfway to max, and the music im playing are from both my phone and spotify.

Maybe you need to go 313 to check with service centre.

Check if your dynamic normalizer is on or not. if on, turn it off.

Some guy dropped his phone and this is what happened

My friend dropped his phone. Screen cracked right away. Strange thing is that both casing and glass protector no damage but the phone side and screen cracked.

Anyone knows where to repair or replace the screen? Sony will probably quote 300+ for this.

Or anyone managed to convince Sony to change the screen for free before?

looks bad and i can see that the knock on the top left corner is nasty, will be hard to get convince for FOC repair.
even if he says it break on its own, the knock mark is too obvious.

You never know, some games do eat more battery juices than others.

My total screen on time is about 4 - 5 hours on second day for moderate to heavy usage, left about less than 10%.

i am not bothered much about the battery usage as long it can last me for more than 6 hours at work i am fine with it.
i will normally charge it whenever my batt reached somewhere 20-35%

the phone dropped from waist level onto a normal ground in a shopping mall. Was surprised that the corner got the most damage even though the 4 corners are supposed to absorb shock better in the new design.

so guys, better go get a good shock absorbent casing than be sorry.

during my reservist few weeks back, one of the sgt from other platoon broke his z3 screen while proning. the phone was in his side pocket and was only 3 days old

heard that he brought his phone to sony service center. and after inspecting they decided to replaced a screen for him foc as they told him they can't find any evidence that his screen was dropped.

maybe can go service center and try...

Do not uninstall q0010sg pre-installed app in ur Z3. Sony mobile sg fb claims that you can get S$30 credit if you follow their steps on how to claim this credit. It works only for pre-installed app. I uninstalled it before i know about this lobang
