Nozumi from Kyoto to Tokyo can book on the spot. Frequency is high so should be no problem. Lots of leg space to put your luggage.

No need JR pass. JR pass is per pax based. One passenger one pass. What you need for convenience is either the cash less contact cards like SUICA or ICOCA. Or local city passes, if you need to cover lots of places within a set period of time. Since you are coming from KIX to Kyoto, the best card is the ICOCA & Haruka bundle(one way at 3030)

Luggage spaces like this can be found in shinkansen:

(source from online blog)

Tickets can bought in advance max 1 month. So if you itinerary is fixed, once you see a JR ticket office, you should just buy the tix without delay.

Kyoto depends on whether you enjoy shrines. If yes, two days is quite squeezy. Some of Japan's signature shrines are there. Also many people visit Nara on a day trip while in Kyoto or Osaka.

Depending on which station is more accessible to your hotel in Osaka, you could either take Haruka Express train (via Tennoji station or Shin-Osaka station) or Nankai Airport Express train (via Shin-Imamiya station or Namba station) from Kansai airport to Osaka downtown.

If you are flying in Kansai, and flying out via Tokyo (instead of returning back to Kansai again at the end of your trip), then you don't really need to get a 7days JR Pass as it won't be cost effective for your itinerary.

Just pop by any JR Ticketing office at JR stations (try Osaka, Shin-Osaka, Tennoji station...etc) to purchase your Shinkansen ticket. You can purchase tickets for Shinkansen on the same day of your travel, doesn't have to purchase tickets 1 day in advanced.

The only Shinkansen station in Osaka is Shin-Osaka station. From Shin-Osaka station, you can take a direct Shinkansen to Tokyo station (or Shinagawa station).

The term "Kansai" is the region name for the collective areas of Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo, Wakayama, Mie, Shiga.
So I would assume your "from kansai to kyoto will there be a direct train without any transfer be availble?" means getting from Osaka to Kyoto?

From either Osaka station or Shin-Osaka station, there are direct local trains to Kyoto station. Eg. Osaka station to Kyoto station takes about 30mins journey and costs about 560yen on regular JR trains.
Of course, there's also Shinkansen between Shin-Osaka to Kyoto station, but since you are not using JR Pass, so you don't really need to take expensive Shinkansen ride for this short journey when you can take inexpensive local JR trains.

Shinkansen (Japanese Bullet Train)

Sorry, I need to disagree with cpuer.
The luggage spaces shown in the photo link which you gave can be found on airport express trains like Haruka Express (Kansai Airport to Tennoji/Shin-Osaka/Kyoto), Nankai Ltd Exp (Kansai Airport to Namba), Narita Express (Narita Airport to Tokyo) and Keisei Skyliner trains (Narita Airport to Nippori).
But I've not seen that type of spaces on the Shinkansens which I've taken on my previous trips.

However, the leg room on Shinkansen is pretty spacious, plus usually I was able to place my 25" luggage on the overhead luggage racks when I travel on Shinkansens.

What some pple do is to place their large luggages at the little gap between the wall and the last seat of the cabin onboard Shinkansen. But this also meant that the person seating at that last row cannot lean back his seat. If you had to resort to doing this, ask the person seating there if they mind first though.

kyoto 2 days enough?

example if i arrive in around noon or late noon then nextday go

im aslo wana view hanami too in kyoto and tokyo too

is this
Kyoto Travel: Tofukuji Temple

or

this better

Kyoto Travel: Fushimi Inari Shrine (Fushimi Inari Taisha)

as this is my first time go kyoto too
as i have been to tokyo and sapporo and fuji-san too

which one will take more time?

For Sakura season, here is what I would suggest:
Morning visit Fushimi Inari Shrine (since it is more popular than Tofukuji with tourists and easier to access as well), then take a short 10mins cab ride from Fushimi Inari Shrine to Kiyomizudera. Stroll through the old shops on Higashiyama, and then visit Maruyama Park.

Another popular route is to visit Nanzenji, then stroll through Philosopher's Path, then end up at Ginkakuji.

Support this. If you take train to Kaege station, you will find a very nice train track with sakura trees planted at both sides of the track.. very nice! Then you walk to Nanzenji.. then walk towards Philosopher's Path.. lots of sakura trees... and there is also a location with lots of cats along the way (if you like cats that is)... Then you end up at Ginkakuji... then walk out a bit for tofu kaiseki...

as i guess my 28inch cant fit the luggage space above the seats
and force to put on my legroom area

Yes, you can purchase it from the JR Ticketing office at Kansai Airport, just opposite Haruka Express train's entrance.
.

When you are buying your Shinkansen ticket, ask the staff if they can allocate you a seat on the last row. If they don't understand, try pointing to your large luggages...hopefully they can understand. :)

as i guess my 28inch cant fit the luggage space above the seats
and force to put on my legroom area
You could probably put it in your legroom area (i think), but then you won't be able to access to your tray table.

is Kiyomizudera Temple far to walk in from the main road?
From the main road's bus stop, to walk up the slope to reach Kiyomizudera itself, probably takes about 15mins or so. That's if you don't get distracted by the various shops you'd come across along the way.

Fushimi Inari Shrine ya is further south so i guess best i go Fushimi Inari Shrine first then
is this path further in from the main road?
You can easily see the large entrance leading up to Fushimi Inari Shrine from opposite JR Inari station. Yes, Fushimi Inari Shrine is where there are many Red Torii gates.

The shinkansen i took to Karuizawa has a door in between the cars think, so i thought behind it must be the storage area like NEX. paiseh wrong liao.

First row seats of the shinkansen carriage also viable for luggage.

Alternatively, you can courier your luggage to the next destination. It cost less than 2000yen. Just ask your hotel's reception.

Travelled the Nozumi a few times before and always had enough legroom space for 28" luggage. Lots of people travel around with large bags, it's not a problem. At most find space at the back of the carriage.

The key to visiting Kyoto shrines is time. Rushing through each to make up the numbers is probably missing the essence of some of the shrines, especially the zen ones. You will probably enjoy more if you take time and sit quietly and appreciate the design and tranquility of the surroundings. Pick a few choice ones.
