They will not annouce or even update the board. You need to ask them verbally. They do not want to update the board as due to safety concerns. Crowd control.

My experience on the 29th (last Wed) at Tampines SingTel.
Saw SingPost delivery men around 5pm+. Waited half hour no change in sign board. I didn't even know what was delivered.

Then around 7pm I chanced upon SingTel website and saw "Selling Fast" for the iPad Air 2 Gold 128 which I was looking for. I hurried to SingTel since I was nearby. The sign board still showed OOS. I enquired with CSO. He said refer to board. I insisted SingTel site indicated there's stocks. He had to go into the store room twice before he came out to say they are still unpacking.

He then told me to take a queue no. and another CSO took down my queue no. to reserve the stock for me. I had to wait for more than 2 hrs before I was served.

All the while the board was never updated to reflect availability of stock. But SingTel site still reflect "Selling Fast". In fact it stayed that way till late afternoon the next day before SingTel site showed OOS again.

From this experience, it's good to check SingTel site. If it shows stocks are available, go to that outlet and ask even if their sign board reflect OOS. Just insist that SingTel site shows there's stock.

Singtel website no stocks, the board also. Wondering whether this timing will there still be any delivery of stock by the post man, especially when it's on a weekday. Wondering should I just give up for today.

i was thinking the same thing, unless we camp there & wait for the mr singpost man

anyone got any news from the Compass Point branch? I keep seeing OOS so not sure if should try making a trip down to see
