My M1 200mbps contract is ending tomorrow, yet the bill comes with $101 including 07 Nov - 30 Nov. Gonna terminate now, bye bye M1.

Unfortunately for that one can't be help bro. Bills are charged in advance. Meaning, if your contract expires in the next month, this month's bill would be the un-discounted price already.:(

Oh well, if you're really gonna leave, just at least make sure you get your 2nd service provider up before terminating. :o

Just a flash update for a issue at the moment, it seems that users are unable to get DHCP IP at the moment on their Fiber broadband. Issue should be resolved soon. ETS within 2 hours hopefully

Not too long back there was 100mbps plan promotion at $29.

Can M1 put this promotion up again soon ?

Basic user here. So looking at similar plans about $39 from other telcos. Would have stayed with M1 if they give an AC router. I seem to read starhub gives an AC router but no mention of model.

Give AC router doesn't means it's better also. Rather stick to a brand that is known for better performing routers.

I don't mind this even if no freebie. But don't know can wait or not. After contract expire, if don't renew, what will they charge me?

True, especially they never mention model. But I already have a N56, so no point getting another same one.

There is an current issue with the east side of singapore and bukit panjang(Excluding tampines), basically the problem is with IP address assignment. Its already been escalated and looking to be resolved asap.

Hey thanks for your reply. Just hung up after speaking with the tech. Was told that AMK (my side) and TPY customers are affected.

Yeah, I am also not a heavy traffic user, so 100mbps is more than enough for me. So, I really M1 could relaunch the $29 promotion again soon.

If your contract expired and never update, they will charge you the same rate as before.
