Yeah that means the other person must have the same Credit Card too so you can transfer, but there's an admin fee involved I think.

You submit the request without speaking to a cso. They will reply later on whether successful or not

If you charge some big spend can usually get back that 0.7% too. I help my brother pay school fees, the money come back easily so its as good as 1.8% for me.

They only give 1 mile per $ for tax payment. And you also have to minus off 0.7% admin. Fee.

I see them quite often at various bus interchanges such as Toa Payoh (last Friday) and Yishun (last weekend). Might want to check the other thread for more updated information.
