750ti has no need of an external power. 760 needs and of course, has slightly more beef. Get what your budget and specs permits.

Your res, any cards also can play dota 2. Dont even need to pay $300 for a gpu.

I'm currently using MSI N580GTX Twin Frozr II/OC 800 MHz Core
1536MB GDDR5 4096MHz Memory, currently is dying off soon, when i login to windows it have black screen for 30-45 mins before the login screen appear, and i play WoW - Warlords of Draenor, it keeps hangs 1/2 way and system turn black and died motionlessly.

Single GTX970 on 4K TV

Hi Guys,

Planning to get a GTX 970 to take advantage of the HDMI 2.0 with my 4K TV.

I know even a 980 SLI config would struggle with 4K gaming but I am just wondering what would the gaming performance be like on a single 970 with all eye candies OFF and quality set to LOW.

Or would I be better off gaming at 1080P with Maxed out Quality and let the TV Upscales for me?

I think u should be able to game @ med/high settings with AA off , @ 4k without AA doesn't make a big diff

Games that are poorly optimize will have issues thou, like AC unity and Watchdog etc
