i try and goes back few time liao
its added into my list of ramen store i go usually

1.ippudo (still on my top rank allthought its soo little quantity to keep me happy ahah no fill and its also my top ramen in japan)

2. Sanpoutei at isetan orchard and i like it due to it aslo able to keep warm my mee even i im a slower eater vs others wil goes cold the soap and good meat

4.keisuke standard quite consistance even its pack with customers for both outlet at tanjong and bugis

3. Santouka( standard not consistances) drop from my rank to bottom

still finding 1 more to fill the slot.

ippudo tried once at west gate, wasn't impressed. taste wise.

it make it worse when the portion so little and exp price.

haven tried sanpoutei.

Today went to try out this Korean Noodle place.







My doenjang beef guksu.

Noodle is freshly made. Saw a guy at the noodle machine rolling out the dough. A little softer than usual ramen. (More like ban mian that kind of texture) Soup was thick and tasty. Even after I finished the bowl of soup, I didn't feel thirsty at all.

I had a set so I chose the 1 piece chicken as a side. Although having a drumstick is nice, but a little hard to eat. Had to use my hands. And I didn't expect garlic flavour to mean minced raw garlic on top of the drumstick.



My wife's classic clam guksu. She chose the tempura prawns as her side. She said they were forgettable. The soup for her noodles were not as thick and had a lighter taste. I guess it is to match the more delicate seafood.

Total damage: $43.30 for 2 sets.

Worth a try if you are in the Suntec area. I might return for the other noodles like the cold noodles.
