Hahaha, who would be more worried, let Shereen OCBC answer the question for Frank. If it is not waived for Frank, then RIP Frank. Is the top up fee waiver valid for all previously registered cards as well? Or do I need to deregister my card and register again during this period? And, any idea if FRANK also have waiver?

I'm going to deactivate all my existing atu and re-register to qualify for the $5 rebate anyway, so your other question is not a problem to me, hahaha
Short answer: NETS wun bother to modify their systems to track old and new, if they do, I would be surprised at their business decision. Call NETS if u want to confirm.
Ho ho ho, NETS confirmed the fee waiver applies to all cards: Credit Cards with ATU (eg Frank) and atu setup before promo as well.It is official announcement by NETS:
