its dependent on whether the site you are viewing from is geo-locked. If it is and supported by freedom vpn, then you need freedom vpn to watch.

Heya, can anyone experiencing issues with Destiny PM me your Gamertag/PSN ID?

Bungie will work with you guys and our team to further optimize the routing, and will do some additional troubleshooting/logging on your gamertag. Thank you.

Any resolution so far? I have not been able to login to Destiny servers since Friday 6 pm when suddenly I keena DCed from the game. Another friend on Viewqwest playing at the same ime also having the same problem, looks like we are f**ked by bungie on Viewqwest.

Hi VQ,

Submitted my application early Thursday but still no call back :(. Already pm Nic to help but he mentioned there was no application received by my email address. Already did a application resent yesterday and still no callback. Can help to follow up and see what is the issue?
Moving to new house early Dec and need network to do my work. Judging by previous post that the next appointment will only be late Dec or early Jan, I am at my wit's end.

Hi Zeno - super weird still can't see your e-mail for some reason.

Just sent you another PM, don't worry we'll figure this out and get you an appointment ASAP :)

Signed for Viewquest yesterday.

Very fast and efficient process.

I have 1 minor bugbear though. The $50 service fee for after office connection.

I was told if I paid the fee, my connection could be set up in mid Dec after office hours i.e. 6-8pm. But if I didn't pay, it would be in Jan during office hours.

To me, it reads as paying more money would expedite the process rather than compensation to the network engineer for setting things up for me after his working hours.

Hi Nic/VQ staff,

I had recently signed up for a new package with VQ. Today I received an email that Netlink Trust has encountered a backend technical issue for 2nd port testing (as I am currently still on Myrepublic). So I was given an option of a fibre take over (FTO) so that the 1st port will be used instead of waiting for Netlink Trust to resolve the issue on the 2nd port. My contract with Myrepublic is already over. So my question is: will there be any technical issues or down time with regards to internet connection if I were to do this FTO procedure? Most important for me is minimal disruption to internet connection. Thank you!

Hmm this is likely because there's more calendar slots left available for after hours installation (since less people opt for it). The extra charge is indeed to compensate for the OT needed to fulfill such installations

If you do a fibre takeover there will indeed be some downtime. We will need to get your original provider to release the port first before we can use it. This can take a few days during which time you won't have any internet.

If you ask me, the 2nd port option is the safer one, but yeah it's hard to say how long the delay from NLT will take to fix.. :(

Just wonder..When will we be upgraded to 1G?

All speed upgrades should already have taken effect - if you think you've been missed out plz e-mail noc@viewqwest.com :)

Hi Nic,

so does that mean you would suggest us to just wait for NLT to fix the issues and get back to us?

will they rmb to get back to us in the first place? :s13:

erm Signed up on Friday as well.

I keep reading that they will call back to confirm details, but haven't received any calls or email so far.

Should I call in to check or anything ?

Why was this not given as a option to me when i request for an earlier date. And they told me no other date available. I waited very long for them to process.

As of last night, not yet. The funny thing is that I used my 4G mobile phone (starhub) as wifi hotspot, I can connect to Destiny and play (chat issues due to NAT 3).

Hi there!

Hmm apologies for the oversight - if you'd like to request for it please e-mail sales@viewqwest.com there are probably some earlier slots still open :)

Hi guys,

Apologies i made a mistake on fibre take overs - apparently the takeover can be done on the same day now so in most cases so downtime is actually quite minimal. So if you'd rather go this route i think it might be faster than waiting for NLT to fix the 2nd port issues :)

My first post on this forum...Please be nice :)

After reading all you guys comments decided to sign up for the 600Mbps option last night...that was until this morning until I realised my mail bounced back
(First lesson - Read Viewqwest not Viewquest)

So anyway resent the request this morning so still hope all OK

As I am new to Singapore and condo life - Will not move into Tresalveo condo until a few weeks, I think I also made a mistake on the application form in terms of paying for the fibre termination fee - If the fibre is terminated to the actual unit itself, I don't need to pay this fee right ?

Glad to meet you guys
