Quick question.

1. My PC and stuff will not be moved into my house until after they come and setup. will they require a pc/laptop to do configuration?

2. Onevoice, where will my phone be plugged into ? Is it the usual telephone socket? or into the modemn?

I ask because my phone socket is in the living room while my router i plan to have it in the room, have put up a lan socket beside opennet thingy to the room.

1) the techs will have their own laptop to configure.
2) the phone will be plugged into the zhone.

hi guys, is it really worthwhile to switch over to VQ now? I don't need the TV, the offer doesn't seem that attractive. I'm on MR, contract expired

Hi, have your issues been resolved? My friend and I who are VQ subscribers has the same problem too. Error Code Banjo since last night and problem still there. I have logged a case with NOC already, pending resolution. :s11::s11:
Possible to let me know the IP address? Let me see what I can do.

VQ can reply?

Heya, any apps that are region-locked to US, UK or China will cease to work and pop out an error message about geo-restriction.

Non geo-locked apps such as YouTube will continue to function fine.

Thanks. Big shout out to Paul Anthony at NOC who is looking at the case. Good prompt response which I don't get at red and green camp previously. Hope it gets resolved soon.

Heya, can anyone experiencing issues with Destiny PM me your Gamertag/PSN ID?

Bungie will work with you guys and our team to further optimize the routing, and will do some additional troubleshooting/logging on your gamertag. Thank you.

well, if u take a look over at MR thread on HWZ, CS is completely silent now. no staff posting anything. u can of course benefit from all the perks of VQ like latency based routing, static ip, bandwidth, e-store disounts, IRC, etc etc...

you can always not take the tv, its optional.

btw u also got PM. cheers! :)

Hey VQ rep, I have one question.

Have you tested your 2Gbps plan on wifi? Wondering what speeds we can get with a satki router.

So I'm on the 3 months free FreedomVPN thing, is there anything I need to do at the end of the 3 month period to opt out or in?

Do contact sales@viewqwest.com or cs@viewqwest.com to opt-out.

It is maintained as an opt-out service as most customers do enjoy having access to PPTV and many other of the supported services, sometimes after cancelling customers complain about the apps being cut off :p
