Was introduce to usenet by someone verbally. Went read up and try out. Nothing quite chim like what u wrote.
But I guess I am ignorant on its full capability since you have make usenet sounded quite bombastic.

Usenet is what I'd call ancient forum/piracy, way before we had vBulletin or BitTorrent. Using usenet is not as simple compared to visiting a torrent website (with inbuilt search engine) and click download torrent/magnet link. Considering there are faster (due to P2P) and easier to use options available today. I consider people who still rely on Usenet a rare breed and "know their stuff", not to mention you have to pay for usenet access.

Maybe you belittle yourself, but in my view it's like you brew coffee using

but most people just use

Dial 002 followed by the full international number (i.e. 00260...)

002 is the prefix for any IDD calling on VQ OneVoice service.

@NicBlais

I've just sent you, sales and customer service a very long email. Can you please update me what is going on and what is the next step on VQ side?

Some billing and payment qns here: During application I've put in my credit card information as well, I have received 2 invoices to-date (sign up during Samsung TV promo period), however I don't see it being charged to my credit card just yet, with the latest invoice due 8 Jan 2015 and the first invoice due 28th Dec 2014, when will they be charged to my credit card ?

I don't see the Samsung TV being deducted on my latest bill/invoice as well. Just a question, have you got the TV delivered already?

You might want to email billing and confirm on this again if so, as there has been cases whereby the charge didn't go through successfully for a few months consecutive and the line was suspended..

Just drop them an email and double confirm the details so everything will be okay :):s12:

anyone knows the answer to my question ? :<
Default username/password should be "admin" without quotes in lowercase. Should it not work, then bo bian need reset liao, cause I don't think there is any other way to retrieve without resetting unless you.....*ehem* the router.

I've received and installed (in 2 different dates one for TV delivery, one for installation) for the TV!

VQ is so far so good, no hiccups, just hardware limitations which limit my speeeeeddss

Hey guys, how's viewquest fiber broadband compared to the other 2 ISP? Especially those who play WoW and using viewquest, would like to know whats the average MS and are there any occasional lag spikes occuring?
Been using M1 fiber for some time already.
But recently has been experiencing very bad lag spikes which disrupt my gaming, so am contemplating in switching.

Regarding the tracert to oceanic servers, will the routes be resetted to the optimal ones once the SMW3 is fixed? I remember seeing equinix in one of the hops but now we're using the Singtel Optus hop (higher ms)

It should theoratically be back to sub 180ms once SMW3 is resolved, which tentative date is 2015-01-03 18:00:00 WST for now.

it's 171ms now through Singtel Optus to Blizzard Oceanic Servers but it was ~100ms through Equinix before the cable broke.. hopefully it will return to ~100ms. I'm spoilt now haha

I think it's monthly, just that for this case it's special cuz...

normally during Dec, u bill for Jan, Jan you bill for Feb, in this case, cos the billing date of Dec has already passed, you will be billed for 3 months for the 1st invoice.
