hee that one is super high, abt 150 per night
Would recommend novotel about 90+ to 110 sgd per night if u wan near bts
Novotel siam square is near siam station, but is old.
Novotel platinum is near platinum mall.
Novotel ploenchit is near ploenchit bts ... one stop from chidlom station ...

If you want cheap and near bts station, can try glow trinity, i residence silom, heritage , all 3 stars hotel near chong nonsi station.
Chong nonsi is about 2-3 stops to siam station ...
Price is about 45 - 60 or more per night

Stayed Marriott apartment during my last stay
booked 2 bedroom suites @ 90 sgd per night with breakfast for 3 adults ...

haha normally my budget for bangkok hotels 3-4 stars is abt 75-80 sgd per night max ..... then would also at the same time look out for hotel with glitch price lol ...

Grand Diamond - Beside platinum mall (Hotel is old, but good location)
Berkeley - Opposite platinum mall (family room with 2 twin + 1 single)
Both avg abt 50sgd per person per night ....

Want to check how to transport 5 people from DMK to Glow Pratunam? Will land in the morning on new year day. Don't mind paying for taxi - but from what i read, taxi can only take max 3 ppl. Does this mean if take taxi, must take 2? Or is there a large taxi that can sit all 5 people? No big baggage. All hand carry only.

can hire 2 taxis or go to one of the transport counters and book a mini bus.

Take a MPV taxi. I read that MPV taxi is available at the airport taxi stand. Took a MPV taxi to airport through hotel booking before. 5 adult with too, plus all the luggages.

Took before toyota wish from surnaburmavi international airport to sukhuvmit hotel or riverside hotel or silom hotel is 700b. not by meter ... 3 or 4 adults ...

depending on your travel dates.
overall, pratunam have many 3 stars hotel
Walking distance to platinum mall is 7 to 12 minutes. nearest bts is 20min

Based on your budget, sometimes can stay centrepoint pratunam 4 stars hotel.

thought the standard price from the airport is 700 baht? ya, is that big cab. not those van type. last time got book van before i think is at least double the price.
