Wow, can see that you are Boss Ave supporter, me too. I have like 12+ shirts in my wardrobe from them as well.

Other than them, is there other good tailors? Maybe want to try somewhere else for a change in my coming trip next month.

Personally tailored 12 shirts and 2 Pants from Boss Avenue.

Went together with 3 of my best friends.

In total, we did 17 shirts and 3 pants.

Received recommendation and assistance from Dave and Sanjay.

My 5th time going to their shop to do the tailoring, so far all so good. I think that I am just too used to their great service that I wouldn't want to consider going anywhere else.

Only advice to all: remember that you have to go earlier to do your tailoring and stuff , sometimes if the tailor shop is overwhelmed with orders, It can get pretty stressful.

Personal Wardrobe count: 38 tailored shirts , 6 pair of pants

Hi guys, been spending a bit of time combing through the pages. I have also pretty much come to a similar conclusion that these three: Crown, Boss, TOT are the most popular tailors, at least based on posts dated from Jan 2013 (didn't bother looking at earlier ones cus the prices have gone up definitely!)

But then I came across this and was super blown away by the website! So if anyone had used Oxford Tailor in Bangkok before, please share your experience!

Another one that have somehow avoided our local spotlight is Nickermann. Really don't know why this one can siam our radar when its Tripadvisor reviews look like this!

Anyway, gd luck to all fellow bros out there hunting for value-for-money tailors!

My upcoming trip to bkk I'm planning to make 2 suit n some shirts. Planning to try a new tailor this time instead of going back to my last tailor.

I have narrowed down my search to TOT. Reviews at TripAdvisor are mostly good. I was wondering anyone here that made suits/shirts with them, how was the quality and service? Understand that tot pricing is a little on the high compared to most bkk tailors.

Compare Empire and TOT?

Hello guys.

I'm on a mission to make my first suit and I've shortlisted TOT and Empire Tailors. Both of them seem to have great reviews and they seem quite legitimate. (to me at least)

I was wondering if anyone has tried both of them and is willing to give a comparison between them. It would help me greatly in making my choice. Thanks!!

Jhasper fashion & Crown Tailor

Hi all!

So I'm in Bangkok now making my suits for the first time here. After spending many days combing through this forum and reading up on TripAdvisor's reviews, I have chosen Jhasper Fashion and Crown Tailor.

Below are the prices I was quoted by the two tailors:

Jhasper Fashion (mid range fabric):
- 2 piece suit THB9,000
- 1 Waistcoat THB2,500
- 2 Shirts @ THB1,300 each (incl. THB200 contrast customisation for each shirt)

Crown Tailor (high range fabric):
- 2 piece suit THB10,500
- 1 Waistcoat THB2,500
- 2 Shirts @ THB1,650 each (incl. THB150 contrast customisation for each shirt)

Total damage: ~SGD1,261

Will update tomorrow when I go for their first fitting!

I just did 4 shirts and 2 pants at boss avenue for 8650 baht..
Did 3 shirts at 1350 material, 1 at 1100,
the pants i chose the best material @ 1800
added some linings..

Anyway theres price difference between ang moh and sinkie customers.. the guy quoted me ang moh price initially, until another guy came to say for singaporeans its cheaper..

The pants were perfect.. but the shirts im going to alter it because he recommend me to make my hips and waist side bigger due to my tummy and big hips.. I did mention to him it didnt look very nice during fitting, but he says its more for comfort but ultimately depends on me.. so have to know what u want also when going there.. any one have any alteration tailor to recommend in singapore? I need to alter like 4 shirts, budget is $15 per shirt for slimming the lower waist to hips... Thanks!

i would like to state for the record that my crown tailors shirts i tailored close to 3 years ago is still going strong. i rotate them and wear them once a week with machine wash and sun dry. no discolouration and no tears or buttons dropped.
